Is the therapist's qualifications from a recognized source and do they check out?
How do I know they are genuine?
What makes me think I need therapy?
Do I feel better after the session? If not, why not?
Who is benefitting from the money spent, time in therapy and travelling time - all taken into account?
Does this feel right for me?
What will I gain by blaming someone?
Am I going round in circles?
Am I being indoctrinated by an ideal?
Do I know what makes me frustrated?
Am I angry or calm?
How can I get my life in perspective?
